Under the Bridge: The Criminalization of Homelessness

Join Deacon Pat and the Duluth community for a simple meal and to watch and discuss the movie Under the Bridge: The Criminalization of Homelessness. This is a timely topic for Duluth because of the legal action against the approval of Safe Bay at the Vineyard Church.

Prepare Scones for Rhubarb Festival 2025

St. Paul’s is looking for volunteers, to not only be bakers, but also to help with chopping, packaging, labeling and delivery of rhubarb scones. The schedule as follows:

· Sunday, June 22 – fresh rhubarb should be delivered to church by this date as we are cutting it up after church.

· Thursday, June 26 – mix scones and prep for baking from 9:00 am until done.

· Friday, June 27 – bake, package and deliver scones from 9:00 am until done

· Saturday, June 28 – have a great time attending the rhubarb festival and support this worthy cause!

If you have some stalks of rhubarb to donate to the scones, we will take it! Just bring clean, dry, whole stalks of rhubarb (leaves removed) in a grocery bag marked CHUM RHUBARB and put them in the refrigerator in the Parish Kitchen between June 15-22.

Please also consider making a cash donation for the large quantities of butter, whipping cream and lemons needed, too. Please contact Sue Brown for questions and to volunteer.
